TAWORRI - Be bedazzled by this magnificent town house in close proximity to Swan Bay

The brief on this new build has been to satisfy every need of the discerning holiday guest and this is exactly what Taworri delivers and more... No expense has been spared to ensure that your holiday will be memorable at this property. After staying here you will undoubtedly never want to leave and like so many others will come back time and time again.

Taworri is a three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with two living areas. The living areas consist of a front room with flat screen TV & Wii Games suitable for kids or the young at heart.

Towards the rear of the property is the open plan living, kitchen, dining and alfresco outdoor area- all with absolute WOW factor. The ambience in the living room is enhanced with a contemporary gas pebble fire - it isn't effective for heat but looks great.The reverse Cycle airconditioners are in the living areas as well as every bedroom and are very effective for temperature control. The look and feel here is warm and inviting with natural tones throughout evoking the utmost comfort. The alfresco area has a new Weber 2000 Pulse electric BBQ complete and timer controlled outdoor heating panels.

All three bedrooms are upstairs. The main boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV.BluRay and loads of wardrobe space. The immaculate ensuite has double shower. Other bedrooms consist of Queen and 1 trio and 1 standard bunk allowing the property to accept a total of 9 occupants. Please note the bunks are suitable for children and not adults.

Taworri is located near Swan Bay and is approximately 4km's from Queenscliff's town center. Nearby attractions include the Bellarine Rail Trail- great for cycling and bike enthusiasts and the beach and milk bar is only a short stroll away.

Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.

Linen is not provided at this property but if required, can be added for an extra fee: or, you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels. The bedding configuration is: 1 x King; 1 x Queen (with King sized doona cover required) 1 x Double; 3 x Single. Please note the bunks are suitable for children and not adults. Linen hire is available from our office but needs to arranged at least one week in advance. Linen packs cost $50.00 per pack per bed without bedmaking, or $75 with bedmaking.

A highchair is available at the property. Please note the pebble heater will be removed as it is not efficient for heating - the R/C aircons are reliable for both cooling and heating.
