A traditional Lonnie beach house, redesigned and updated but keeping true to the style of the '50's. Enjoying the lifestyle by the beach is what Sunny Daze is all about. It has generous room sizes and great retro features but all the modern amenities we love and provides linen and towels. Large open plan living areas with smart TV, wifi, Netflix and Stan plus DVD. 3 bedrooms, the main has a queen bed, ensuite and BIR, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks that are suitable for both adults and children. There is a 2nd living area with a 2nd TV, great wood heater but the main form of heating is via the ducted central heating which makes it nice and cosy in the cooler months and in the summer months there is a large airconditioner that flows through the whole house. Ceiling fans help move the cooler air so it's comfortable all year round. The kitchen has all the mod cons - dishwasher, elec oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine (requires coffee beans) and loads of equipment. Plus a large butler's pantry which also houses the front loader washing machine.
The outdoor entertaining area is beautiful, it has a great outdoor table setting, sun umbrella, BBQ plus there is a clothes line and plenty of wood for the wood heater. This house is well planned for your family fur child. It is separately and well fenced out the back and out the front - you can keep your pooch safe and away from smaller children or perhaps another dog, it's very versatile. There is a single car garage and a parking space behind. The owner has kindly left some bikes, fishing rods, boggie boards in the garage and is happy for guest to use them. There is also a highchair.
Dogs are permitted at this property for an additional $33.00 fee per pet. Please also bring your own dog bedding, bowls, towels etc. The owners ask that dogs are not allowed on furniture and to please pick up any doggie poos before you leave. .If you require specific conditions at the property for your dog, such as secure fencing, please ring our office to discuss prior to booking.
Linen and bathroom towels are provided. The bedding configuration is: 2 x queen, 4 x singles.

**Please be aware that wifi signals in the Queenscliff & Point Lonsdale areas can at times be very weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. QCHB do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections. Dongle hire is available from our office if required.

Sunny Daze is perfect for a beach holiday. It offers fabulous accommodation for all members of the family including four legged ones with secure gardens front and back. Not having to bring all our own linen is a huge bonus.

The house is comfortable and spacious, very well-appointed and with high quality beds and bedding. The back north-facing deck and garden with lawn are wonderful and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable for reading and relaxing.
