Lonsdale on Glaneuse - Central Old Lonsdale amongst the Ti-tree, walk to the beach.

Nestled in amongst the ti-tree and lovely coastal gardens Lonsdale on Glaneuse is an easy walk to the back surf beach, the front beach and shopping village. Bring your furbaby along too, the property is well fenced so they can fossick around in the garden, they can also come inside but please bring your own doggie beds as they are not permitted on furniture.
Beautifully refurbished with 3 bedrooms - the main has a king bed with ceiling fan and R/C aircon and an ensuite, the 2nd has a queen bed and dyson fan and the 3rd has 2 sets of adult sized (king single) bunks and a R/C aircon. This home can comfortably sleep 8. The main bedroom is a wonderful light filled room with an ensuite which has a large walk in shower, toilet, heated towel rail and vanity, it is situated away from the secondary bedrooms. The living area boasts windows all round so you can enjoy feeling connected to the wonderful gardens, it links to the deck and has loads of room to spread out with a great dining space which seats 8 and the lounge area which has 2 large 3-4 seater couches around the wood Canarra heater (starter pack of wood supplied). The house also has gas ducted heating throughout and a R/C aircon in the living area. Wifi access allows you to connect to the smart TV to be able to log into your payTV accounts if desired. The generous kitchen has a new Bosch oven, gas cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, new fridge - plus an extra wine fridge in the laundry - and many Smeg appliances - toaster, kettle and blender. It is really well decked out with all the amenities you could need.
The main bathroom has a separate toilet, vanity and walk in shower. There isn't a bath at Lonsdale on Glaneuse. The laundry in addition to the wine fridge has a front loading washing machine and dryer. There is also a new clothes line outside.
The outdoor living area consists of a great deck, undersail dining space, fabulous new Heston Blumenthal gas BBQ and also an outdoor lounge under the tree canopy. There is a great grass area and more fabulous gardens all within secure fencing and gates.
The front car access provides off street carparking but there is also a double garage, although it does have a table tennis table and surfboard racks so you may prefer to leave your cars in the carspace.
Many extras in this fabulous holiday home include Dyson hot/cold fans in bedrooms, gas ducted heating, Canarra wood heater, R/C aircon, table tennis in the garage, beautiful coastal garden securely fenced for your littlies and fur baby and close to both front and back beach, the shopping village, tennis club, board riders, Light House, Surf club and Golf Club.

Linen: Linen is not supplied. Linen can be added to your booking as an extra, or you may bring your own. Doonas and pillows are supplied. Linen hire is $50 per pack per bed or $75 including bed making.

There is an addition $33 dog fee - per dog - if you do wish to bring your fur baby. Please check our terms and conditions on our website.

The things that impressed us about this house were that it was extremely clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Dog friendly is a must for us, and our two had a great time in the yard which was very secure.
