This ground floor spacious apartment is opposite parklands and the beach, it is full of personality and would make a wonderful getaway in the heart of town. It has a very spacious front deck where you can relax with a drink and watch the maritime activities, enjoy a BBQ or just read that book you have been meaning to get to for so long. The apartment is huge, there's plenty of room to invite friends over for a meal! It has an entry foyer with a eurpean laundry with washing machine and dryer and the shower/powder room, the original double doors lead into the large kitchen and dining space with an OFP (ornamental only) another set of original french doors provide access to the generous lounge area with a leather lounge suite, TV and loads of character - doors lead out to the private rear balcony.
