SPACIOUS 4 BEDROOM HOLIDAY HOME IN THE POINT - POINT LONSDALE

You need to check this new area out. Once you have stayed here you realise how great it is - close to the waterways, fabulous cafe 3225, flat walking tracks, childrens play park. Its super relaxing being away from the crowds but still close enough to venture out there to the beach or shops when you feel inclined.
This fabulous house offers 4 double bedrooms - 1 king, 2 queen and 1 double and all have TV's with Netflix, robes and beautiful bedding - linen and towels supplied. One of the many features of this home is the library, it is well stocked with books and DVD's and a great place to get some work done if you need to or just bunker down with one of the great selection of books or DVD's.
You are not going to get cold here, it has ducted gas heating and a gas log fire plus R/C airconditioning in the living area.
Beautiful quality linen and bathroom towels are provided you just need to bring your beach towels! Gayle's offers free Wifi and is also dog friendly so you are welcome to bring your well behaved pooch! (there is an additional $33 dog fee - per dog, per stay).
The living area is open plan - the lounge has a fabulous large sectional lounge suit with enough room for everyone and a few visitors, there is a TV, DVD, gas log fire, R/C airconditioner. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8. The kitchen has a beautiful large gas cooker, Delonghi coffee machine (ground coffee) microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and is well stocked with appliances, herbs and spices.
There are 2 bathrooms - one being the ensuite to the main bedroom the other bathroom is shared between the secondary bedrooms. Both bathrooms have large walk in showers - please note, this home does not have a bath. The secondary bathroom also has hand rails in the shower and the separate toilet should you have someone in your group requiring some aid.
The laundry has a top loading washing machine and a dryer.
There is a great alfresco area off the lounge, it has cafe blinds enabling it to be used most of the year and a great outdoor dining table and bbq. The back yard is well fenced and offers 2 raised vegi/herb gardens plus a nice outdoor seating area on the artificial turf - there are some lovely well established plants as well as some newer fruit trees.
This home is set up for older families or groups of friends wanting a get away, it is somewhere you can arrive to, relax and enjoy the many amenities - explore this lovely new area and the parklands and walking tracks. The garage is not available for guest's use but you can fit 2 cars in the driveway and there is on street parking as it is a very quiet little culdesac.
