A Family Friendly Home with a Large Back Yard and Views over Swan Bay.

Swansong is a lovely 4 bedroom 1950's style family home with expansive views of Swan Bay from the front deck and is just minutes to the main shopping precinct, harbour and the beach. With your comfort and relaxation in mind you will enjoy Swansong's great location and outdoor amenities. Once you've parked the car under the carport or in the driveway there's no need to drive anywhere with so many amenities so close by. Swansong offers 2 queen size bedrooms, one with robe, a large ensuite and ceiling fan, the other has a large dressing table for clothing. A family style sleeping area offers 2 adjoining rooms one with a single bed, the other with a double bed and TV - it overlooks the shady treed back yard which has plenty of space for that family game of cricket. A large shared bathroom is steps away from these bedrooms.
There are 2 north facing living areas - a sunroom adjoining the front deck has seating, a large dining table, timber bar and a fridge. The main living area has comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, gas heater and overhead fan. The galley styled kitchen has seating for 4 in the bay window overlooking Swan Bay, dishwasher, microwave and an airconditioner that cools the front 3 rooms.
The outside area in the back yard has and outdoor table and seating and a Weber BBQ in a shaded area. The large shaded yard has side gates and is a secure play space for kids.
Swansong overlooks beautiful Swan Bay, is an easy walk to the town centre, beaches, fishing areas, walking tracks, bike trails, the Marine Discovery Centre, Queenscliff Harbour shops and cruises. During January the ferry offers buses connecting to Point Nepean and other sites of interest.
Bedding Configuration - 2 x Queen, 1 x Double and 1 X Single. Doona sizes are 3 x Queen 1 x Single
Linen is not provided at this property although the beds will have doona covers. If linen is required it can be added for an extra fee OR bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
Linen hire is available from our office but needs to be arranged in advance - basic linen packs are $50 per bed (without bedmaking) Deluxe linen packs are $75 per bed - includes bed making.
WIFI is provided but please be aware that signals in the Queenscliff and Pt Lonsdale areas can at times be weak, particularly in high peak holiday season. We do not accept any responsibility on the speed or reliability of internet connections.
