Yes cleaning is included and listed on the booking.

We just ask you leave the home tidy as you found it (think: dishes done, bins out, nothing wild).

Some homes are pet-friendly, some aren’t.

You can filter for pet-friendly homes when searching or ask us, we’ll match you with the right one.

Yes a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Once that’s done, your dates are locked in.

Your remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to your stay.

We’ll remind you no mental load needed.

Yes all bookings require a bond.

It’s simply there as a safety net and is returned after your stay, provided everything is left as found.

We get asked this a lot!

It depends on bookings before/after your stay and cleaning schedules.

If we can make it happen, we absolutely will just ask closer to your arrival or add it onto your booking.

We do especially in quieter periods.
