Centrally located with Santa Casa Beach at the end of the street and just a 10-minute stroll into Queenscliff village, Ballark is the kind of holiday home that makes it very easy to switch into holiday mode.
Wander into town for your morning coffee, browse the boutique shops, grab lunch at one of the local cafés or head down to the harbour then come home, put your feet up and enjoy the Swan Bay views and beautiful sunsets from the undercover entertaining area.
With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living area, there’s plenty of room for up to six guests. The home has all the comforts you need for an easy coastal stay, including ducted heating, split-system heating and cooling, WiFi and two Smart TVs, so you’ll be comfortable whatever the season throws at you.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and coffee machine, while the laundry has everything you need for a longer stay. Outside, the secure grassy yard is perfect for the kids and your four-legged family members are welcome too.
The undercover outdoor area is made for holiday afternoons: a good book in the sunshine, a BBQ with family and friends or a drink while watching the sun go down over Swan Bay.
