The open-plan living spaces create a cosy and inviting atmosphere, complete with an open fireplace for winter evenings (wood not provided) and a luxurious claw-foot bath for added relaxation. A split system in the lounge and master bedroom ensures year-round comfort.
Location is a standout, with everything within easy reach. You can stroll to the protected Springs Beach, popular Front Beach, and Queenscliff’s main street. Local favourites such as The General Store café, wood-fired pizza, and The Royal for cocktails are all just around the corner, making dining and coffee runs effortless.
While there is no off-street parking, all-day parking is available directly outside. The property is also a comfortable 10-minute walk from town, offering a peaceful position on the edge of Queenscliff.
