Tucked away in a sought-after old-Lonsdale pocket nestled behind the back beach, you can wander down for a morning walk, check the surf or head back for a swim without even getting in the car.
Private, light, relaxed and surrounded by greenery, the home has plenty of room for families to spread out, with two living areas, reverse-cycle heating and cooling in both, and a separate bunk room that gives the kids their own space to hang out. There’s even a ping pong table for those inevitable holiday tournaments.
Outside, the private deck area and outdoor shower are perfect after a day at the beach, and your dog is welcome too, so no one needs to miss out on the holiday.
Milora is brilliantly positioned for everything Point Lonsdale has to offer. A beautiful tea tree native reserve with a swing set, is just a few houses away, or not far further the Ganes Reserve Playground. The surf beach is just over the dunes, a stone's throw to tennis courts, golf course, Point Lonsdale Surf Life Saving Club. The village shops and cafés are an easy 15-minute walk.
