Stella on Stevens is a stylish two-bedroom townhouse that blends contemporary design with relaxed coastal living. Just a one-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to cafés and shops, it’s perfectly positioned for a memorable getaway.
At the heart of the home is a private in-ground saltwater pool, set against a striking vertical garden—creating a tranquil backdrop for both indoor and outdoor living. The open-plan ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry, dining area, and comfortable lounge with a pebble gas fire, all flowing seamlessly to an outdoor entertaining space with dining and BBQ. An outdoor shower adds convenience after beach days.
Upstairs, a second living area provides a relaxed retreat, while both bedrooms feature king accommodation, ensuites, and TVs, with one opening to a private balcony. Two trundle beds are available on request for additional guests.
With reverse-cycle air conditioning, multiple smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, and Wi-Fi, the home is fully equipped for comfort year-round.

The saltwater pool is approximately 1.8m deep and heated by solar and gas, typically around 27°C, though temperature may vary depending on weather. Water is warm but not a spa
The pool is regularly serviced; minor garden debris may occasionally be present due to surrounding greenery.
