The open-plan ground floor includes a well-equipped kitchen with butler’s pantry, dining area, and comfortable lounge with a pebble gas fire, all flowing seamlessly to an outdoor entertaining space with dining and BBQ. An outdoor shower adds convenience after beach days.
Upstairs, a second living area provides a relaxed retreat, while both bedrooms feature king accommodation, ensuites, and TVs, with one opening to a private balcony. Two trundle beds are available on request for additional guests.
With reverse-cycle air conditioning, multiple smart TVs, Bluetooth speakers, and Wi-Fi, the home is fully equipped for comfort year-round.
